Total of 865 residential units;
four-levels of below grade parking, limited surface parking, outdoor and indoor amenity space, and vehicle and pedestrian access to Yonge Street.
Status
Complete Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendment applications have been submitted to the City of Markham. Public meeting held on March 28th, 2023.
Application is under review by the City.
